Ata-ur Rehman is a postgraduate in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia University and has an experience of working in the development sector especially on health issues like HIV/AIDS, RCH and Family Planning. In his eight years of experience of working with organizations like CARE-India, DFID supported Resource Center for Sexual Health and HIV/AIDS, Planet Finance and Technical Support unit of Delhi SACS, he has equipped himself with technical and operational experience of managing projects and programs. He has also worked as a freelance consultant with various state governments, KHPT, IMACS and NACO.

He possesses specific skills in program management, monitoring & evaluation, NGO Management and has experience in designing and implementing capacity building programs for various stakeholders including government, NGO personnel and community volunteers
