| Step 1: Determine the Eligibility Criteria |
To be considered for grants, the applicant must ensure that their project/ projects are covered under the CCF strategic areas for support.
If the applicant is an organization it must be designated a not-for-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization. Indian organizations must have a current valid 80G tax-exempt status letter and an approved FCRA permission and account. CCF is most interested in collaborating with recognised national or international organizations that have specific and ongoing programs related to Chronic Rheumatic Conditions.

| Organizations seeking funding should have plans that: |

Directly work for improvement and rehabilitation of Arthritis/ Osteoporosis affected patients. |
• |
Addresses a significant funding gap or critical opportunity in creating knowledge and awareness of disease and treatment options. |
• |
Has long-term impact in terms of replication or reach for patients with Arthritis/ Osteoarthritis. |
• |
Produces measurable and beneficial results |
• |
Possess Management capability and competence to effectively execute the project |
• |
Have a clear, concise plan for project evaluation with outcome measurement and intermediate milestones. |
