On the occasion of Rotaract District Conference on 22nd February 2009, the chief executive of Chronic Care Foundation made a presentation on ‘A Call for Collective Action on Prevention from Non-Communicable Chronic Diseases’ (NCCDs). District Governor 2008-09 Rtn. Sushil Khurana was the chief guest for this event and the event was attended by around 35-40 Rotaract members.

The main aim behind conducting this presentation was to educate the participants about the enormity that NCCDs pose to our population and to invite the Rotractors to collaborate with CCF in spreading awareness for prevention of these NCCDs.

The presentation was well received and many showed their interest in the programs and projects of CCF and agreed to act as ambassadors of change for a better health.
