CCF Guidelines For Grants Giving |
Chronic Care Foundation (CCF) provides grant to suitable individuals and organisations that are working on Chronic Rheumatic Conditions/ Arthritis/ Osteoporosis with primary focus on awareness, prevention, disease management and options for treatment. |
CCF looks for fresh thinking and genuine work for intervention, setting benchmarks to measure success, and milestones to monitor progress, to ensure goals are being met. |
We fund work that meets our grant making priorities and supports our organizational objective. CCF is committed to promote good health by proactively minimizing the incidence and effects of chronic diseases in society and to bring innovations in the area of health with special emphasis on arthritis |

Seminar/ conferences for training and education of medical residents and fellows; |

General medical and scientific research for Chronic Rheumatic Conditions. |

Continuing medical education for healthcare professionals in the field of orthopaedics or subspecialties thereof; |

Approval and Selection Process |
If your submission falls within our areas of interest, your inquiry will be numbered and a confirmation letter will be sent to you and you will be asked to submit a formal grants proposal. Each numbered inquiry will be reviewed by CCF Grant Committee. You will be notified of the CCF Grant Committee’s decision normally within six weeks of your submission. |
CCF Grant Making Committee has membership of the Chairperson CCF Board, another trustee, the Chairperson of the Medical Advisory Board, and the CEO, CCF. |
