Constitutional Position:
The OMC is appointed by invitation by the Chairman & Board of trustees of Chronic Care Foundation. It is an interim board to look at day-to-day operational matters of CCF providing guidance and counselling where required. |

Overall Purpose OMC
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity, developing the organisations aims, objectives and goals in accordance with the governing document, legal and regulatory guidelines. |
Where as The OMC is to provide insight and expertise on specific verticals of operational aspects and issues such as marketing, media relations, Institutional relations, governmental relations etc. |
The OMC ensures legal and ethical compliance in furthering the organisation’s mission at all times. |
| The Tenure for members of OMC other than for the trustees in the group is for a period of two years minimum; this is extendable for life based on their further commitment and support by the individual towards CCF |
